Cabinets, Chests & Beds

Proportion, style, elegance…

As with dressers, proportion is everything when making cabinets. While most of us can unconsciously recognise a piece that seems clumsy or ‘lumpy’, we often unknowingly fail to give credit to pieces that just ‘feel right’.

We pride ourselves in having an excellent sense of proportion developed from having handled countless antiques and making hundreds of cabinets, from small chests of drawers to large glazed top bookcases that are both practical and fit for purpose.
